Writing this review after using 2 days.It's heating like anything while charging and while using also.charger also heating like valcano..tooo hot like appropriate word is fire.Charging is hardly lasting for 2.5hours.Afer some days may it will last for one hour only.Speakers sound is nothing means nothing.its below than any ordinary mobile sound.sound is bad.Coming to built quality below average.poor plastic usedWeights too much above 2 kgs.cant handle with one hand.Design also above average.Speed is above averageCamera is badScreen is goodStorage is goodBooting quickly

After 5 months of purchase,battery drains fast..some keys not operates.Called Amazon for service.Amazon shared the supplier no but which just keep on ringing.Searched on supplier web site the service no or email as per Amazon instructions but that also not works.After sales service no or email not works.Amazon also helpless.Recommand not to buy due to poor service.I lost my money by purchasing

Good enough for WFH. One thing though, very poor camera and audio.

I bought this for my cousin brother. Within 1 year we have got keyboard issue. Which is okay, but to our shock there is no customer service web, phone or online. In fact we have taken onesite extended warranty. All of no use. I strongly recommend not to buy this bogus product.

I like the overall product.First delivered product with scratches. Got it exchanged with Amazon. Another delivery and unboxing experience was really good.2tb hdd 256gb ssd 8gb ram with i3They are the only things I needed at cheapest price.Wanted same laptop with i5 5257u but it had no option for 2 tb (only 1tb without Ssd). So I had to choose i3 variant which had bigger hard drive with ssdNow it's overpriced In just 1 week 24700 to 31-32k....but still cheapest

Heats up very early, battery backup is not good, but specifications are good.

Got in this condition...torn plastic, no protective foam..mouse package torn apart no usb..parts missing,brown paper torn. Very dissapointing..Got replacement, again tampered, mouse usb stolen, delivery boy was rude and created much hassel...had to complain..facing garrassment since 5th april, still no laptop.About the replacement laptop, the laptop was heating like crazy, display was bad, sound bad, built cheaply, but but but the charger is heating like furnace, my finger got burned touching it. Returned it obviously...pls dont buy it....
