Flunyina Perfect Performance Aluminium Mini Round Chiffon Cake Pan, Set of 5

I bought 10 of these on a whim. I actually had some much more expensive ones in my cart, but took a gamble on these to save a little money since I was making mini cheesecakes for a donation to a charitable fundraiser. I wish I had bought at least 10 more. They were easy to use, easy to clean, easy to de-pan once baked. The only problem was that they were stuck together when delivered. I simply put the end of a spoon between the cups and gave it a gentle twist. That was enough to separate them with no problem. As you can see from the pictures, the mini cheesecakes turned out perfect! I made NY Cheesecakes, Tiramisu Cheesecakes and Banana Cheesecakes. A total of 70 mini cheesecakes in all. I will be ordering more to speed up my baking the next time I need to make mini cheesecakes.

As many other have said, they come stacked in a way that makes it very, very difficult to pull them apart. I was able to get them without too much trouble (and was prepared to have to use some elbow grease and tools). They worked well for mini cheesecakes. I did grease them, and some were less successful sliding out than others, but overall I was happy with them. They're a great size for a single-serve dessert and a little bit fancier than cupcake tin cheesecakes, etc. Not the best quality, but they do what they need to do!

Good product, just a bit TOO mini for me.

I tried several mini cheesecake pan options - these individual pans were the best. I sprayed them with butter - that’s it. I used graham cracker bases in the cakes (baked for 5 minutes), put in the cheesecake batter, and baked. After 10 minutes of cooling, the cakes came right out of the pan by pushing up on the bottom of the pan, and the cakes were perfect. These pans allow a slightly taller, more abundant mini cheesecake that looked and cooked perfectly. These are the best. No leakage of the cake batter either, but I put them on a baking pan just in case there was leakage. These are the best and I highly recommend their use over muffin tin-style mini cake pans.

I've been in touch with the Seller before cautioning others about this item. I bought a quantity of four (4) and each quantity came with five (5) minis stacked one inside the other. I bought a total of 20. There is no way to separate them from each other! Believe me when I tell you every trick and hack has been tried to separate the minis. The Seller recommends "gently rotate them." I guess that's admitting they will bend easily or get damaged if you apply extra pressure or use a tool on the aluminum. Skip this item; it's frustrating to say the least and completely unusable stuck together.

These little cups have really impressed me. I do like their design, and ease of use. I thought my cheesecakes would come out terrible looking. Much to my surprise I was able to create beautiful looking baby cheesecakes. Removing the cheesecakes were a little struggle, I wish they had the same latch as a springform. Overall they are great. I have not used these cups for baking yet, as I used a no bake recipe here. I will update this review once I do bake in these gorgeous little cups.

These are a great design and felt sturdy. The finish seems to be non-stick. I would have kept them, but they were far too small for my purposes.
