I was skeptical about buying a $900 chair for $300, but I don't regret it. Having said that, I can't give it a good rating.The good: This is a legitimate Haworth Zody. The chair I got was clean and in overall great condition, assembly was easy, all the moving parts work, and it included the lumbar support piece. The wheels feel good too.The bad: They aren't very honest about the product. The armrests are not Zody armrests, but I don't mind that...they're still great armrests. But the main seat cushion is total garbage. The material covering it feels a bit cheap and the cushion is so thin that after one day I feel like I'm sitting on an old worn out chair. I'm going to have to re-upholster it myself or buy a cushion of some kind to put on top. Not classy. After a month, I've noticed that the mesh backrest is very loose which makes it quite uncomfortable too. Either something broke or they had chemically tightened it and it stretched back out quickly. I guess I'll have to find a way to fix that too. I regret my purchase.

I bought this chair a few weeks ago and I have no complaints. It replaced my HM Aeron chair and is definitely an upgrade to it. As far as how it was shipped. It was shipped mostly assembled with the back removed from the base. Took me a few minutes to put together after I realized that I need to remove the lumbar support, input the plate they give, reinstall it and screw the chair together. The instructions could be a little more clear, but its fine. After a week my arm pads split. After some communication with the seller, they sent me replacements at no cost. Would buy again.

We bought 2 chairs. The first chair we assembled and everything worked perfectly. The second took hours to assemble so clearly something was not aligned. Then the ergonomic back support fell off and the chair has an unstable rock (lean slightly left, it rocks right. lean right it rocks right).I complained to the seller. They immediately sent a replacement chair. That I could not put together as the base was severely out of alignment and would not join. They sent a video of how it should work and that proved it was broken. I has asked for a refund and to return the 2 chairs (original and broken). They have gone radio silent and are not responding to emails. Now I am stuck with 2 broken chairs to dispose of.

We purchased two refurbished models of these, which offered a $700 chair at half the price. One arrived and was in great condition. The other had a terrible, strange odor to it (kind of metallic, kind of stale). I tried processing a return, but it would have involved shipping it back, possibly at our own expense, and it came in a very large box.

I just received this chair today; the arms are only height-adjustable, not 4D as the listing states. You cannot rotate/slide/pan the arms.edit 5/13/21: I have contacted the seller, who will be sending the correct arms for the chair

These chairs are very hard to put together. The instructions say to "snap" them together and you can't just "snap" them together. The first chair we were finally able to get together broken once we sat in it so we won't be putting the other two together and will be returning for a full refund. If the seller doesn't care about happy customers we will be happy to take this to our credit card.

Obviously sent me a used chair. Castors are full if hair chair was dirty and worn. Very disappointed

Jumped on this after reading all the glowing reviews of Zody chairs. I must confess that it's not very comfortable after an hour or so.Pros- The seat is quite firm and over all okay.- Mesh back is great for someone that gets hot easily, like me.- Arm rests feel firm but squishy when pressed. I like itCons- The arm rests are not 4D.- Tension Crank feels like it doesn't do anything.- Lumbar Support is barely noticeable and does not move upand down on my unit.This is just my initial thoughts on this chair as I've only had it for a day. Will update after a few months.Edit: So after using this chair almost daily for the past few months I can definitely say Avoid this chair.
