It comes in a shrink wrapped bag. It took about a day or 2 until it was full size and flattened out. After that it was great.

For the price it will due but it’s flimsy during use at a football game.

What was expected
Foam finger was what was described & expected.Although only gave it a 3 star because they folded it in half for delivery. Where it was folded in half is not a thinner foam and it will not stand up straight like it’s supposed to.

Very Flimsy at first. The finger doesn't even stand up... until I got it wet and dried it off
