Does it work with the original wii?

No. There is no Wii version of 3.0 and that is the only game this plays on. You will have to buy the Wii U and get the game to play this.

Can he ride vehicles and mounts?

Yes! My daughter loves to play with him in the Toy Box Hub:)

Does this Nemo figure come with the two power discs?

No it does not. That version sold out on 7-13-16 and we cannot locate any more to sell. Our Nemo is the 3>0 version but without Power Discs.

Will this work on the 2.0 base?

Yes all 3.0 products work with the 2.0 base
