These are GREAT for surprise eggs! I wasn’t expecting to get two, I thought it was just one but I was happy to see two. My daughter loves putting her surprise eggs in this giant egg!! Great jumbo Easter egg!

We used these to make birthday surprise eggs like the kids see on YouTube. They are perfect for this. The removable handle came off with no issue. The eggs have held up very well against lots of play. We have not had any trouble closing them as some reviews mentioned.

Was definitely hit gift for the kiddies! I gifted these during Christmas and put additional eggs with prizes inside. Seeing the kids' faces light up was just priceless. Great gift idea for a variety of occasions. If looking to be creative, may be a fun idea for adults too. Just switch out the theme/prizes.

The problem is that if the egg is full of toys, candy, stuff etc. Because the handle is on the top part of the egg, it tends to keep dropping. If the handle was on the bottom half of the egg, then it would be perfect.

We bought these so we can make our own surprise eggs for our boys. They loved them!!! Very durable.

Not just for Easter.
The Easter bunnie loved putting a little gold grass in the bottom and gifts inside. I forgot the size around the girth and couldn't put all the gifts inside. Next time I'll use them to put kitchen items inside as a gift.
