The TICTID M9S Android TV Box is an excellent performing device bringing an almost unlimited number of choices for the user. Most importantly it has been very stable. I have not experienced any problems with the video or audio while watching movies or listening to music. My original TICTID MXQ Pro device was burned out by a lightning strike right by my house, my printer was also turned into toast even though everything was protected by surge protectors! I made the mistake of ordering a replacement by another company, but that was not working properly on arrival and Amazon gave me a full refund without any problems. Thanks Amazon! I then searched for a TICTID product and the M9S unit was delivered two days after I ordered it!This unit is clearly an improvement over the MXQ Pro and it has a built-in digital clock. I like the fact that when you put the unit on standby the clock goes black. The unit comes with a remote, HDMI cable, Power Unit and a limited instruction book. If you are new to using an Android TV box, search the internet for tutorials, which will be helpful. You will need to purchase the two triple A batteries for the remote since they are not supplied. Connect the HDMI cable to an HDMI input on the TV, Plug it in, switch your TV to the HDMI input and turn the M9S on. Wi/Fi setup is an easy process, if your WiFi is password protected, you will need to key it in to get online, but once it is done, you don't have to do it again. There is a beautiful animated display that comes up when the unit is turned on, showing how good the graphics are. You make your settings via the Gear display. Set date and time, set the screen resolution, and you are ready to go.When I went to KODI for the first time I was advised that KODI needed to be updated and I chose to do the update, this resulted in a 120+ megabyte download! It took over 7 hours to complete the update! I was surprised by this, but just switched my TV to the cable input and would check periodically to see how it was going.,Once the update was completed I had a smooth running movie machine that performed beautifully.Thanks TICTID!

I received TICTID® M9S Display (Update from T95M) Android 5.1 Tv Box fast. It was very easy to set up by plugging the power, hdmi and connecting to WiFi. All apps and Kodi is fully loaded and works well. The hardware of the box is good enough to handle all apps and Kodi streaming with its Amologic S905 quad-core cortex-A53 at 2 GHZ, Mali-450 5-Core GPU, 8GB emmc flash memory and 1GB DDR3 ram. The box packs 4 USB 2.0 ports, 10/100 connector, SD card reader (which you can add additional storage up to 32GB), SPDIF digital audio output, and HDMI 2.0 port. These specs are very good for the price I paid. Also, I like the app on the home screen that lets you clear cache to keep your box performance high. My box usually runs between %60 to %70 resources being used. The UI is easy to use and navigate as well as graphics are top notch. Please spend more time and do internet research to understand how to use loaded apps and Kodi to get best experience. I also like the front LED Clock w/ wifi status. The led light is too bright when watching TV in the dark, so this may bother some users. The remote control works fine but it is sluggish. It would be better if you buy a WiFi touch pad keyboard. Overall, this box well worth the price w/ its hardware specs and preinstalled apps.

I'm torn on this one. I bought two of them to use on a TV in my pole barn and one in my camper. One TV is an older Zenith rear projection and the other is a Sony Trinitron. This being said, neither have HDMI, both have to be hooked up using the composite connections (A/V cable that was included). This is why I bought the M9S, because it offered this alternative to HDMI. When connected with the A/V cable the picture is in grey tones and rolls. You can not see the picture. I also tried a higher grade A/V cable that I had...no luck. If I use the HDMI on another TV it works great. The box does everything it claims to do. This is why I can give it 3 stars. I contacted the seller a few times about this and they were not helpful in giving me any reasons why this would be the case. They only told me to contact Amazon. Anyone out there have a similar situation/resolution?

Hello everyone just a quick review about this amazing box...i have tried many different boxes and so far this is the most stable one...no problems at all works really fast...i did installed an amazing add on and it works really good to watch lots of movies...tv shows and many other things...i recommend it to anybody...

When setting KODI, it doesn't save your settings when it reboots. Going to order another Raspberry Pi3 and install KODI. Should have never strayed form it in the first place.

i have bought other boxes for tv's...this box by far the best !! ease of operation of this unit is fantastic !! totally impressed with the quality of the remote !! the many apps loaded on the KODI 16.1 was far beyond what I expected !! over all this unit completely blows away the competition !! I couldn't be happier with this purchase !!

Far as Kodi this product works fine but when you download apps from the Google playstore like the Starz app it won't show a picture just sound. So you can't use the full capabilities of this device.

The streaming box came quickly and set up easily. KODI was already installed. no updates were needed. I was watching videos in no time. highly recommended. I ended up with two similar boxes so I sold this one to a friend who loves it and is using it to cut the cable!
