Used for my sun screen. Assembly was easy to use and provided support for my screen!

Guess I didn't check the dimensions closely enough and surprised how small all these pieces are. Similar kits I bought in the past were all much bigger. But it does do the job to mount a small or medium sized shade sale and the accurate dimensions are included in the description so can't complain. For $12 it's a fair deal.

The screws immediately stripped trying to place them in pressure treated posts. I had to go buy quality screws to finish project. I would recommend buying the pieces separately without the screws.

I got this kit for a shade sail. Everything in the package is probably half the size I expected it to be. It also comes with something similar to drywall anchors to attach the base with. There's no way the anchors they included could take the load the wind is going to toss it. The base plates have holes that would accommodate a standard drywall screw. The general purpose lag screws I had for the project are way to big for the base. If the shade sail was being used in a setting where there wouldn't be any wind I think this kit would be great. I wouldn't trust it to handle my load.

Needed these to hang my sun screen. I'm sure you could probably find something better or cheaper at a local hardware stores. I bought this when I purchased the shade. As with most things like this I used my own higher quality screws that I had laying around.
