Would have liked to give more stars.
I used it for 90 days. May have lost a couple of pounds but not a pound a day as advertised. I do believe it curved my appetite and I may have lost an inch around the waistline. I just ran out 2 days ago , so it's too early to tell how it really helped. Might update at later date ?

Helps cut the cravings! Must be combined with diet.

Mixed emotions
I did feel like I had a little more energy while taking it, but it didn't do much as far as an appetite suppressant. I am looking for something that does both.
