Item was received in flawed condition. The inscription was incomplete. The final words could not be read and they trailed off at the end. This was to be a graduation gift with the inscription to say how important " Y O U " are ... however the significant word, YOU, was not legible. Y O U looked more like y-~` , a bunch of chicken scratch, as if the ink 'ran' off the charm. YOU cannot be important when the charm does not contain the word you.

I bought this as a graduation gift for my oldest daughter. She teared up with joy when she opened it and was so happy! It's not cheap looking at all and was absolutely perfect. Shipping was fast as well! Thank you so much!!!

Missing the diploma!!!!
The key ring was to have the year 2021 charm and a diploma!!! Instead, it had a 2021 charm and a 2020 charm. No diploma!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
