Good, cheap display with the worst settings interface you'll ever see
Good display quality and very cheap, but the absolute worst settings interface I have ever seen (seriously -- it's really bad).

All the goodies, package well, fast delivery.
Overall I gave it 5 stars, because its everything a Korean monitor should be at a competitive price, especially considering it has display port. Its as described. Great monitor, menu's in English already. Do yourself a favor and pick up a spare computer power cable when ordering this monitor, so you get grounding service for your new monitors power brick. The packaging is above average, it survived a horrendous beating from UPS, and is still functional, including a fist size hole in the box. No damage to the monitor because it had above average packaging.Mine came with: Monitor, monitor stand, DVI-D cable (5ft I believe), 1/8th inch male to male audio cable, warranty card, and basic instructions. It has DP, HDMI, DVI-D, VGA and 1/8th inch sound ports on the back panel.Zero dead pixels, low heat emissions, low light bleed, great blacks and whites, the MATTE finish is the only way to go especially if you like to have your office windows open during sun light. Monitor is bright, colors are excellent. The stand and monitor took all of 1 minute to assemble, just use the packaging foam sheet the monitor came with to put your monitor on whilst adhering the two parts together. If its dusty or has foam dust/static use your favorite electronics approved cleaner after you've arranged your desk for its final placement.Display port works great, though my only complaint is the button for unlocking the display port from the monitor is blocked because its facing the wrong direction (button ends up between the cable end and the monitor). I remedied this by using a metal coat hanger wire that I bent with a pair pliers.I'll be ordering another one of these soon.Oh btw, I ordered mine mid day pacific time GMT -8 and it arrived Tuesday around 15:00 (3pm) Pacific time. And yes it came all the way from Korea is that small time duration. For me it was routed through Alaska, then to Ontario, California, then to my home.Hope this helps you make your decision, do ask questions I'll do my best to respond to them.

So far so good. It didn't have any dead pixel (luckily)
So far so good. It didn't have any dead pixel (luckily). I was mainly looking for good quality screen itself and didn't really care about other features such as controls, tilts, etc and price was obviously a huge factor but compared to some other high ends (price wise) I had a chance to take a look, it's not a short change. Got a good value out of it.

Caveat Emptor in Every Sense of the Word:
I purchased this monitor on August 10th and received it on August 12th. Fantastic Delivery Time considering there was no additional charge for it.However when I unboxed the monitor on the 16th and plugged it in to a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 using the display port it was immediately obvious that the display wasn’t working correctly, with bad streaking, color, temp and sync issues.Being a past tech support person, I also tested the monitor using an older Toshiba Laptop using DVI and HDMI (the laptop had both). Though neither could render the display to its full resolution, it had no effect on the defective image quality. Indeed, the streaking and fuzzing was even evident in with the menu system during POST.At this point I took a 20MP image, filled out a return request on Amazon and asked for an exchange or refund. That was when the fun started.About 24 hours later I got a reply asking for the image (expected). So I sent that in.On August 18th, I got a follow-up wanting to know the graphics card(s) used, the cables used, and did I “wiggle” them to see if it made a difference. I reiterated the methods it was tested under, the fact that the screen was not displaying correctly during POST even with nothing connected, and that the sample image was taken while hooked up to the Surface Pro 3 at the full display resolution. On August 19th I got a follow-up. In this one there was a statement that a Mini-DP to DP cable “wouldn’t work” (which is flat wrong), that HDMI was driving at an insufficient resolution to properly diagnose the problem (which would have nothing to do with a color/streaking issue, nor would it have anything to do with the display image during post) and a request to continue testing with a “high-end” video card if possible and a more extensive image set. At that time I replied I would have to set up a bench-test environment to get those results to him and it would take a couple of days to put that together. This was also the point where I stated that given the amount of testing/diagnosis that was being requested (can anyone reading this imagine a non-technical customer being able to do all this?) that I wanted a full refund and would not accept an exchange. I was assured I would get a refund if the monitor was truly defective. On August 25th I was able to set up a full bench test using two systems that could drive all the inputs (HDMI, DVI, DP) at full resolution and then spend the next couple of hours running the monitor using a series of standard color bar patterns, horizontal a vertical resolution patterns as well as simply displaying the internal menu selections. In all of these case images were taken and on the 26th all of this was sent to the ECOMADE.I finally got a concession that the monitor indeed appeared defective and that a return shipping label would be sent “right away”.After not receiving a return label for a week, I had to email them again. I finally received on Sept 8th.Unfortunately the label was filled out incorrectly which between being ship-returned slowest method as well as the customs-hold took 3 additional emails before it was freed up and delivered. The final email was on September 27th (3 days after FedEx confirmed that it had been signed for and delivered) and which point I was issued a refund on the 28th.And get this – I was docked $1.00 ??? One Dollar? For a DOA product? In the actual refund email it simply said “Notes: Here is refund except $1.00” Figure that one out.Total time from order to a refund back in my CC account: 50 days. Even if I’m generous and deduct the 5 days that I had to wait to have to re-unbox the monitor and assemble a test bench it would be 45 days.I’d be the first to state that there are a lot of good deals to be had out there via some of Amazon’s overseas vendors. But there is a risk that is involved with placing some of the “bargain” orders and one of those risks is deplorable or indifferent customer service or return practices. In this case unfortunately I have to give this experience just a single star and would tell anyone look to purchase – Buyer Beware.

Great Display & Fast Shipping
The monitor is much brighter then any other monitor I have owned. When compared to the other monitors, the others just look dim & washed out. Unlike some monitors, these do not produce much heat (a good sign that they will last longer). The resolution of 2560x1440 is perfect for viewing web pages side by side. The controls are little hard to figure out (instruction are in korean), but the only adjustment you need to make is to set the input. The display port adapter is backward, the clip to release the display port cable faces the monitor making it hard to detach. get a semi thick piece of plastic (like a nameplate) slide it between the cable and monitor and twist it so it puts pressure on the release clip. This is my 3rd monitor from ECOMADE and I haven't gotten any dead pixels on any of them. They also offer free Expedited Shipping (they refund the price at checkout). Expedited Shipping take about 3 from Korea to your front door.
