Great Customer Service
I ordered this set back in May of 2020 and have gotten a lot of use out of it during the past 15+ months. Lots of fun with it in the backyard, in the pool, and on the beach. I discovered that the wood on one of my paddles had a crack in it after a lot of use, so I reached out to the Vero Frescobol customer service directly on their website via the online chat and I explained the situation to them and they now have shipped me out a replacement paddle free of charge and I also told them that I misplaced the orange tote bag so they will be sending me a replacement bag as well. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Very happy overall with the product and service.

Good quality
Those are hard to handle but it's not due to the quality of the product, just the sport itself.The quality of those rackets are quite good.

Broken handle the first time used!!
One of the handles broke the first time using this! At first I liked the paddles, but for one to break the first time using it is completely unacceptable. Iām going to look for a sturdier Frescobol set. Iām bummed on this purchase.

My handle broke the third time playing. I was pretty bummed but Vero immediately sent a new set which hopefully will last longer. Besides the break, I don't have any complaints. This is a good entry-level set.

Great quality and made in the USA!
The paddles and balls are sturdy and great quality materials. The grips of the paddles are very comfortable and it seems like they will last much longer than the cheap plastic grips. I am happy to buy from a company in the U.S. and something that will last rather than end up in the land fill. The pictures and description of the product are accurate.
