So its new for me and i was worried about the battery drain issue which is mentioned in many places. Did some settings working fine now.lets see in the furure.Camera is good touch is smooth. The back panel is matte so no finger prints. Overall m liking it

I ordered S21+ 5g (Black) Snapdragon 888 version, I am happy and satisfied to recieve it as described, within 2 days.

When I first saw this product on Amazon at such a low price, I wasn't sure if it was real or not. Nevertheless I ordered it and it actually was a genuine unused product, with the seal and all. I am very happy with the product and 100% recommend the phone as at this price it is a steal!Note: I did buy from the seller Electronic Hub, so cannot vouch for all the sellers.

I unboxed this S21 ultra to find that the factory sticker that you peel before you use the camera wasn't there then later i just discovered that the glass of the middle camera is shatered. The mobile didn't fall, no physical damage happened and there was no impact. I am treating this phone like a newborn since i unboxed it.There is defenitly something wrong with this item and there are a lot of red flags. For example the S21 ultra doesn't come out of the box with a screen cover that has the name and the logo printed on it while the item i received has one and its quality is poor and cheaply printed on it. Also there were no manual or any paper work inside the black floder where the charging cable is stored inside the boxand there is no any QR code or any label on this folder. Even the simcard tray removal pin looks used. In addition to all of this i am sure that the Camera lense isn't original because there is no way it cracks that easy on its own without any impact or physical damage, specially when i couldn't find the factory sticker on the cameras' area on the back of the phone when it came out of the box.On top of all the seller asked me to remove my review and he promised to accept the return order and issue a refund and when i requested a return he kept on rejecting it while telling me that he has done his part and now its on Amazon's support team to send someone to collect it. Amazon support team said that he cancelled my first return request and rejected the second one.To sum it up, i don't recommened Ku Biz as a seller under any circuistances. Don't go through a terrible experience like me and find other sellers with better ratings.

It's korean version ...not dual sim ..And missing parts

Please do not buy from this reseller - They are just trying to make you fool. Selling used and old phone in repacking. I bought S21 Ultra Black 256gb1 - First red flag is one top of box there is a sticker which says it has gulf warranty and if you scan the QR code it takes you to no where. If you look for IMEI there is no warranty. That's all before even opening the phone.2- When you open the phone - Phone will have only one cheap sticker on the screen - you can easily see that its printed by them selves. There are no protective sheets on the back or on camera. but in original you get protective sheets on whole phone.The stickers on the top of screen you can easily see that its been removed and pasted again which never happens in new phone.3- The color from the charging port and sim jack was faded which they covered up with black ink or black marker I don't know. if you rub your finger was getting the paint.4- When you turn on the phone its Korean specs phone. Half of the phone has Korean text and apps. I'm not talking about language I choose English but keypad has numbers both in English and Korean etc. And memory is not 256gb but 128gb.Overall its a disaster - they are just damaging trust and brand value of Amazon. Imagine if you buy this to gift someone.

For this product they did not mention, it’s used or activated before!I received this mobile after I check with Samsung customer centre, They said, it’s used before, Dec 2021 or activated!I am sure, It’s might be refurbished, but they did not mention!

I am so upset about this phone. It seemed new at the first place but it was not! The sim tray was missing!!! I bought one o. My own and even so it does not work and I cannot use my simcards si basically I have a phone that does not work. I cannot call I cannot text I cannot do anything . Disgusting

I haven't had the phone for a year and the screen failed. Samsung Canada has told me they will not honor the warrantee in canada because it's not a Canadian phone.

So far I like this cellphone very much.

I have been using Samsung Galaxy phones for many years and I tend to get a new one once every two or three years. This upgrade from the S8+ is excellent and I needed it as I now have a dual sim model. Always had to carry two phones with me when I travelled abroad. The camera is amazing and the battery life is very good. Upgrading to Android 12 has caused the finger print detection not to work properly but I expect that will be fixed soon.

A Samsung Cash Back offer was prominently advertised on this Canadian site, however "cash back offer doesnt apply in Canada". I find out that this phone was purchased from Cell One. Both Cell One and Amazon say the offer soesn't apply (it is an international phone). I am very dissapointed in both companies.Be careful when dealing with Cell One.Even though my phone is an "Indian" phone (Samsung's term), it is an excellent cell phone. This is my third Samsung Galaxy and the S21+ is 'the flagship model'. I give it a 5 star rating.Cell One would get a 1 star rating (or less)I understand there is no Samsung warranty on an International model. The supplier (Cell One) would do the warranty. It appears that you pay for shipping both ways - but I don't expect anything from them.

I like its performance and photo quality.
