Pathetic Service asking for Transportation charges
Lot's of loop hole and transparency in their policy. Don't get into the trap. On the Amazon policy states Free Pick-up and drop service and while repairing asking the transportation charges otherwise they wont repair.

Quess Care extended warranty was brought together with new TV purchase. Process was very easy and straight. As this a sort of warranty at this point of time we cannot really write a truthful review until we come across any product fault and make a claim.
