Excellent and very sharp. Easy to adjust as well as to clean. I can cut potatoes paper thin. Well-made and recommended.

Works well for what is intended. I've had mine for a couple months, and it sees regular use. The med attachment works great, it's the one I use the most. Makes good julienne cuts, and dice onion in a flash. I don't know if it can do everything the pictures suggest it can, but I've been loving mine so far. The only thing that's kind of annoying is the guard does seat as well as I'd like. But I use my hand till the end anyway do not a big deal.

Wir benutzen sie häufig und gerne. Jedoch ist das tauschen des Messers mir zu aufwendig, das mache ich leider daher selten.Super scharfe Messer, wir mussten noch nicht nachschärfen (in Benutzung seit ca 2 Jahren)

Dopo una solenne fregatura con una mandolina cinese "professionale" in acciaio inox, poco tagliente, complicata da utilizzare e, sopratutto da pulire, questa giapponese è il massimo: semplice, subito pronta, taglia alla perfezione senza sforzo e con precisione. In un attimo si smonta, si lava e si rimonta. Lame di pregio affilatissime e tutte sostituibili (o affilabili).Spero che la mia semplice recensione serva a chi come me cerca un attrezzo da cucina che semplifichi e velocizzi le operazione di taglio. Credo sia ottima anche per i professionisti.
