This is either a flop, or downright scam. The product uses the most basic form of formulation, i.e simply dissolving the active ingredient (if you can call it active) in isopropyl alcohol which causes skin irritation and itself can be a cause for hair loss. A co-solvent such as glycerol/propylene glycol are generally added to increase contact time and decease fluidity but that of course would have made negatively impacted profitability of this product, so they cut that corner. Nevertheless, I didn't find this product to deliver what its label claimed.

Fluridil applied to the scalp does is not absorbed systemically, thus no systemic side effects. Works well to stop DHT related hair loss.

This stuff is effective. My husband had me reorder it even though it is pricey. he is 53, and now boasts he has the most hair left of all of his buddies of the same age. Has been using for more than 6 months, but saw pretty immediate reduction in shedding with the product within the first week of application. There are little glass tubes, which god love german engineers are pre-scored, and you snap them off, and use the little plastic applicator which slips over the end of the glass tube and works like a funnel. it is liquid, and a bit of alcohol in it I suppose. Not greasy. a little difficult to get it distributed if you have longer hair.

Beware! The glass containers you need use and snap the top to use leave jagged edges and have cut me twice. The manufacturer was unhelpful or interested in changing the bottle. Be careful.
