I recently purchased the PURPLE LEAF 8 Feet Patio Umbrella, and I have been thoroughly impressed with its design, durability, and ease of use. The Umbrella is a fantastic addition to my outdoor space, offering a perfect balance of style, durability, and functionality. Its 360-degree rotation, sturdy build, and generous shade coverage make it a standout choice. Highly recommended!

Fantastic, premium quality umbrella. I did the rabbit hole research and ultimately went with Purple Leaf for our cantilever patio umbrella. It’s a 10’ area of shade coverage, with 360 degree pivot and multiple layers of tilt, so there’s no sun angle we can’t block. It also looks beautiful on our patio, adds a high level of elegance, and the fabric is solid and substantial to looks at and also to touch. The base is a much smaller footprint on our smaller patio than our previous umbrella so this is a massive upgrade. They have one or two other higher tier umbrellas, some of which are commercial level—like you’d find at resort pools— and we didn’t feel the need to go there, but now I wonder how great they must be considering this is their entry-level model. The assembly was a breeze, and rolling it up and down is effortless. Emily gave us amazing customer support, guided me to the right base, and took the time to check back in to make sure all was well. We couldn’t be happier.

Love this umbrella so much! It was fairly easy to setup but definitely requires two people but only took a few minutes. We did put sand and water into the bases as its quite heavy and definitely needed the stability of weight at the bottom. The dark gray is perfect and after a few months hasn’t faded at all. It gives us plenty of shade for our patio set and can easily be adjusted with one hand. It is a bit heavy to move around after the base is filled but not as difficult as we were expecting. We have left it for months and haven’t had any issues with wind although our backyard is fairly protected from air flow. All in all it is well built, works like a dream and appears as though it will last for years.

This is a durable and study umbrella; however, the assembly took more time than expected. Here are a few tips that may save you some time:- Because it’s so sturdy, it's pretty heavy. It’s easier to assemble with two people.- If you assemble parts of it indoors, put a blanket down first so it doesn’t scratch your floors and wait to put all the pieces together until it’s outdoors.- Pick a location that has enough space for opening and closing the umbrella (it’s larger than you’d expect) before you complete the assembly and attach to the base.- Fill the base completely with sand or water once you pick your ideal location.Other than this, it’s a great looking umbrella and has been an amazing addition to our patio!

We just got this but So far we are very pleased with this umbrella. It’s beautiful, very hefty and sturdy. The lights are a nice addition. We hope to enjoy this for a long time to come. We bought the Navy Blue 10ft. We could have gone 11ft but the 10 worked fine. Love the Navy color! We used water to fill the base so we will see if that’s good enough. This is not a light umbrella so it needs a heavy weighted base.

Extremely useful, easy to set up, and easy to operate. This was a great addition to my backyard and literally saved me thousands of dollars by keeping me from installing a patio enclosure. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous umbrella with great coverage. Followed the set-up video from the supplier and used the Purple Leaf water and sand filled weighted base to keep it stable. Took about 25 minutes to set up the umbrella and was able to do it by myself (without assistance). Amazing quality and makes my backyard feel very resort like.

We bought the 10 ft Cantilever umbrella last year. We loved the umbrella and the ease of use. Unfortunately last month a gust of very strong wind tipped the umbrella and base over causing one of the umbrella arms to bend badly. We thought the umbrella was ruined but I contacted Alex and Purple leaf customer service team via email and they were very helpful. He helped me identify which arm I needed to order and it was shipped promptly. They even sent a video on how to replace the arm. My husband and I replaced the arm and the umbrella is in like new condition and working perfectly. Thank you Alex and the Purple Leaf team!
