The book has dedicated chapters on what negative emotions a human faces and ways you can route your life back on track from those negative emotions .Also how to make those negative emotions work for you , what deeper meaning those emotions have ...after completion you can revist the chapters of specific emotions whenever you feel one

A Practical Handbook in real sense
Thibaut has done a tremendous thing by writing this book and enabling people to benefit from it. To the point practical and methodical in its approach, with very clear steps and guidelines. His own experience and research are very much forthcoming in his writings and the method he adopts is to show "how it can be done" rather than prescribing "what should be done". He stresses on the framework within which an ideal transformation journey can be shaped, the exact design will of course depend on individuals and their capacity to see through the steps in that framework. I am greatly benefiting from this book and am sure others will too.

It’s very easy drafter book unlike other help books
Very easy drafted help book for all age groups including teens and mostly covered in many help book which i have read before . I took a lot of notes and will try to use them in the future and more than five books author recommended are on my list to read next .The layout of the book is great. Each chapter focuses on a different problem that is created by your emotions this may be jealousy, fear of unknown, anxiety and etc... Chapter starts out as to why emotions have something to do with this and how to combat it with some direct actions.So my favourite part of the book goes like“You are not your emotion.”“You are the most important person in your life.” So is everybody is in their own lives. This was a standout moment for me. Gently explained, with compassion.#masteryouremotions
