It is comfortable and the ability to adjust the thickness of it is great!

love this. I also use it for workout / LOL its warm warm. the fabric is velvet smooth, and very warm. I'm recovering from surgery so I've had to cover it in a pillow case to keep from getting overheated, but hey thats not a bad thing.

Ok. Great try. Right direction. Good idea making the width adjustable. I am 6'2" and big so finding a bigger sturdy leg pillow is rare. I do like to bend my knees on my side occasionally. This pillow is a bit too wide for that. I suggest taking a little off the width. It is more stiff than others so it takes getting used too. I recommend keeping the center additions stiff and making the outer portion just a bit less stiff. The Center additions slip around. Simple fix... put velcro on both sides of each addition. For those who use the strap.. make it longer and adjustable. You will still like it better than others if you are bigger/taller.

This is by far the firmest pillow that I have found. I have chronic back pain and am a side sleeper. Every pillow I have purchased simply been too "squishy" or soft and literally did not provide support. With the extra layers here, the pillow provides enough support for my legs that I feel a huge difference after I sleep. And thus the crux of the problem, because the pillow is actually 4 pieces, and only has Velcro sides on one side of each of the pillows. This means that the pillows shift in the night and you are left with four very firm ridges along your leg... a little more than uncomfortable. If the manufacturer were to design a product with Velcro which would keep the pillows aligned, it would definitely get a 4 and 1/2 star rating from me... putting a little more effort into the comfort of the strap would catapult them to a 5!

I was looking for a firm knee thigh pillow to keep my back aligned and this appeared to be perfect. Sadly this was extremely uncomfortable and rock solid it was like having a brick for support. The outer material is course and the strap is very tiny and perhaps a child only can use as pictured. I do not recommend.

Difficult to use under any circumstances, but a very frustrating experience when you’re recovering from hip surgery—in other words if you’re in the situation this clumsy contraption of folding foam cushions is meant to alleviate (you want to sleep on your side following hip surgery). It’s bad enough trying to find a comfortable sleep position after having had your hip replaced by a Titanium suspension bridge, but why add to your discomfort by trying to figure out how this thing works. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t.

Its the first pillow I've tried that has a height option plus a velcro strap to keep it on your leg. Perfect choice

It was a bit too big for me but my husband adores it. Ideal for people who love to sleep on their side because they have a bad back. It's also washable and the gathering attachment is easily removable, as are the dept extenders.

Le coussin est assez rigide et cause un peu trop de pression sur l’intérieur de la cuisse, ce qui enlève du confort. Toutefois pour il aide pour l’alignement de la colonne/bassin. J’aime aussi le fait que l’épaisseur s’ajuste en enlevant les deux coussin du milieu. Peut-être que le coussin se ramoliera avec le temps.
