So Far, So Good
I have foot drop on my right side from an injury caused by a pinched sciatic nerve, leaving my right shin and foot numb. Physical therapy is helping but is painfully slow going. This brace has helped me become more mobile again with less fear of tripping or falling. I am even able to drive again which has helped tremendously. I'm not yet able to wear socks due to some residual inflammation in my foot and the silicone strips on the inside of the ankle cuff became a bit irritating after wearing it a while. So I cut off the top of an old sock to wear as a lining which fixed the problem. So far I'm happy with the performance of the brace.

Me sirve mucho para caminar, es una excelente y segura herramienta, tiene la facilidad de poder usarlo en cualquier calzado, además es cómodo de usar.

Excellent for foot drop, light weight and easy to use.
I am partially paralyzed on the right side and therefore have what is known as "footdrop". I haven't tripped once since using this device. The design elegant. It is simple, light weight, comfortable, effective and I can put it one with just one hand.I used a cable zip tie https://www.amazon.com/TR-Industrial-TR88302-Multi-Purpose-Cable/dp/B01018DC96/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2YUSG87Y3YRWI&keywords=zip+ties&qid=1575237002&sprefix=zip+%2Caps%2C164&sr=8-3in the bottom shoestring eyelets that I attached the strap to, rather than the shoe strings. This keeps the shoe from getting to tight.
