It's okay I guess the package came all wrinkeled and torn. The bottle itself was not damaged. No need in refrigeration which is a good plus.I am taking these probiotics 3 or 4 times a week. nothing special happening. I've taken before VSL-3 regular.Only complaint on the VSL-3 this probiotic have to be refrigerated. Make sure you home to receive the package and it's not laying on your front porch in hot summer day waiting for your return.

I use Ortho Biotics as per my doctor's advise. I was having serious problems and at one time on some antibotics. I am now so much healthier. I I know they are a bit more expensive but I realize my health is worth the cost.
