Perhaps you're like me and you threw your original cleaning discs out when cleaning your kitchen some hungover Saturday morning. Well fret not, these things are drop in replacements and (when paired with a cleaning tablet) can easily back flush your Breville Barista Express.They fit in the single cup portafilter (hope ya didn't throw that out too!) and when you place a cleaning tablet then hold both the single and double shot buttons + the power button your machine should go into a five min cleaning cycle. Hint: if you did it right the pressure gauge will jump around indicating that the disc is putting enough resistance to cause backflow.Some of these reviews say these don't work because they have the hole in the. They're wrong. For many years they shipped with the hole in them.
