I purchased this light as an easy to install replacement for my incandescent 100w reflector and have been extremely pleased. I would buy this again if I had to do it over.This is the only lamp I've found that quotes output in Lumens, and the company who sells these is based nearby in Florida. I'm an engineer and prefer to see data, so I couldn't pass this up.There are two ways to transition from incandescent to LED, the first being a replacement of the entire lamp / housing / wire and the second being a replacement of the lamp only.I opted for the latter for two reasons: 1) ease and complexity of replacement, 2) cost. Additionally, if things go bad its easy to transition back from LED to incandescent if you chose to replace the bulb only.My wife and I both like the bright output and various options for colors. It made a huge difference and I wish I had done this years ago.

Very pleased with this purchase. Fantastic seller support.Be sure to check whether your existing pool bulb operates on 120v or 12v. Mine was misleading (all indications were it was 12v), but thankfully the customer service was excellent and I was able to very quickly exchange my unopened 12v for a 120v like I needed. The quality of the LED bulb is apparent, plus Made in the USA!Operation is easy, using your existing on/off switch "cycles" the bulb settings from solid color to color-changing modes. The bulb even remembers your last setting so there is no need to cycle through modes each time.OVERALL: I am pleased with the purchase. Easy to install, quality construction, and makes the pool look awesome at night (many complements). A bit pricey, but good value for the enjoyment. Instant upgrade to your pool ambiance.

So I bought this after seeing how much the other LED pool lights cost, and the fact that these are built here in the USA. After a quick delivery, I had a problem with the light, but the owner of the company personally contacted me and helped me troubleshoot the problem to a problem with my actual pool light housing. Turns out, this company is local to me in Florida, and the owner told me about the engineering that goes into these lights, as well as the cooling fans to ensure long life. He also was telling me how 100% of these units are tested before shipping.If you are looking to upgrade, don't hesitate to purchase this light. It puts out a great light show, and the product support is amazing!

Installed today, very simple, took about 20 minutes in total time. I live in Florida so shipping speed was speedy and customer service was great! As recommended, change out the rubber seal every time you replace your pool light. I have a Pentair housing unit and the bulb screwed in perfectly. I will say.. I wish some of the colors were more distinct, such as the purple. Personally most of the colors look like different shades of blue. Blue was the color I mainly wanted anyway so no big deal. Last but not least... it’s made in the USA!! 🇺🇸

None of the electronics on the bulb is covered in epoxy which is typical of higher electrical products in a wet environment. I know this isn't meant to get wet but epoxy coatings are fairly cheap and can prevent humidity issues. Also, I had bought one with a diffuser. I know that cuts the light output but the light would blend and the unit look better overall.Beyond that it works and is reasonably bright. Next time I will try a less expensive unit as I suspect the construction is similar.

Too freakin cool. One for the pool, one for the spa. They coordinate color together. Make sure you get a new gasket too. Took maybe 20 minutes to install both. Since they're LED, I'm not reluctant to have them on every night on schedule - cheap to run and shouldn't have to replace like std bulbs. I was afraid it might not be bright enough, but it's just fine (pool built with single light at deep end) of 30x18.

I bought two of these for our 25' x 45' pool. They're great. They are plenty bright enough to light up the pool and the colors are brilliant. The color changing method works well enough. Just be sure to replace the gasket in your lamp housing when you install these. You don't want to risk a leak!
