This has done nothing for me losing weight.BUT, IF you are going to try it. drink with as little water as you can and get it down quick without ice.Then drink a big glass of water.It don't taste the best.

I had previously ordered this Drink Mix twice before on Amazon. However I was surprised when the item that arrived was different form what I received from previous orders and was also NOT the item pictured on Amazon. It look clearly unauthentic from the labelling.

My overall experience was favorable. The product was packed well and arrived on time. I am not used to the taste of this, but I'll keep trying.

I liked it, it worked for me but it’s way to expensive for the small amount.
