Better than all the others
I bought 4 other rollers/stretchers trying to get rid of my lower thoracic back pain. After a long day my back is a painin' and I'm not getting any younger. I am a large (265lb, 6'3") 46 year old male. I lead an active lifestyle. I'm guessing I have crummy posture, but I find that if I'm leaning over to prepare food at the counter, or pushing a lawnmower or even standing in one spot fishing my postural muscles in the middle of my back get really sore. I noticed that having a massage helps it, so I thought maybe I could roll it out ot stretch it..I tried the Chirp rollers ($120) and felt like I was going to injure myself because of how thin they are, like I was going to fall off or maybe it would flop on it's side. They put too much pressure on my back and never felt like they were doing much. I tried my wife's foam roller with little to no results, it wasn't sturdy enough and just kinda mushed under me. I tried one of those adjustable back stretchers that are kind of semi-circular with almost no results. They might be better for lumbar stretches, or maybe for women or smaller frames men. I tried a rigid foam semi circular lower back stretcher with similar results..I thought to myself there had to be something out there that could give me the same relief that a massage does. I saw this foam roller thinking well maybe it'll be okay. If it works it's worth it. When it showed up I was surprised to how large it was. I thought it was going to be too aggressive, but it turns out the large diameter actually works to my advantage in that it's not aggressive in massaging my back. I thought the fact that it was made out of some kind of fancy styrofoam was going to make it weak and brittle, but it can handle my 265 lbs just fine. I love how wide it is so that I don't feel like it's going to tip over on me and I can actually lay my arms on it if I feel like I need a little bit of extra support. Whoever designed this is my new hero. After using it for less than a week I'm already noticing substantially less back pain. I mowed my lawn today and used it right after, and while I don't feel perfect I feel so much better than last week when I didn't have this at my fingertips. If you've tried all the other stuff and have thoracic back pain this is a godsend. I wish I could give it 6 stars

THE BEST FOAM ROLLER - by far!! Especially for rolling the back!
I am active, work out regularly. I also have scoliosis in my back, arthritis in my knees and feel sciatica in my legs probably coming from my pinched S1 nerve. In addition to working out, strengthening my muscles, stretching and yoga, I also use a foam roller on my legs and my back. I tried several foam rollers and liked them but there are limitations. I used a long straight cylinder shaped foam roller, which works pretty well for legs. For some applications a short foam roller is better. But because of the big surface, the pressure of cylinder rollers is not as strong and after a while, the pressure was not big enough anymore for me. I also used a short cylinder shaped foam roller, and another one had a pattern to increase the pressure. The big limitation is the usage for the back because the standard foam rollers are not good for the back. If I roll straight on them, I would roll on my spine which is not good. A good foam roller should roll left and right of the spine and not on the spine. I tried to angle my body on the cylinder shaped foam rollers to roll the sides left and right of my spine but that is pretty laborious with little success. Then I tried the foam rollers which are shaped like two balls with allow to roll left and right of the spine without putting pressure on the spine. That worked ok for the back, but I felt that these are not very stable and the roll effect is random. Also the ball shaped ends of these foam rollers are often small so that rolling on them for the entire back felt weird. Then I saw this foam roller from MUUVSPORT with the two foam wheels which also have over 50 pressure shapes (in diamond shape) to further increase the pressure. I ordered it and it arrived a few days later (it does not seem to apply for Amazon Prime) but it was there in around 5-6 day. I used it on my back and just after a few rolls on my lower spine up to my neck, I felt the difference. This foam roller is super stable and rolls perfectly. Because of the bigger size, it is very easy to roll the entire back in one simple, stable, straight roll without twisting my upper body. So you can easily roll forward and backward and you easily cover the entire back. The big wheels allow that. The two wheels apply strong pressure on the area left and right of my spine while my spine stays untouched. Perfect! The two wheels with its pressure points apply great pressure on the fascia and increase my flexibility and reduce the negative pull forces which are the source of my back pain. My back feels completely stretched and relaxed after I roll it a few times. It does not hurt. It feels awesome. This roller is not small. It is big (7 3/4 inches diameter and 23.5 inches long). It looks like the M1 Abrams of foam rollers and I know that I will never go back to a straight foam roller. This foam roller is not cheap ($39.50 when I bought it) and costs a little bit more than the straight foam rollers but believe me: you will never want to use the straight foam rollers again after you used this one, especially if you want to roll your back. Straight foam rollers work ok for legs but for the back they are not good. But even for legs, this foam roller is much better because it applies more pressure (without hurting). Wonderful product with superb design and quality. One comment about the shape. The ends of the roller are cone shaped. But they are not touching the ground when rolling. They are just there in case you wiggle to one side, to give you immediate support. The foam roller also comes with a poster which shows the key rolling positions (I think the poster is shown in the product photos). One drawback is the size. It is not well suited for travel. For that I will need to use a small two-ball-shaped foam roller. But for home, this is the best foam roller that I have ever used.I am male, 6ft and the size fits perfect for me. But I believe that this roller fits for all sizes.

Wonderful innovation
The innovations in this product are well thought out and executed. I was a long time user of a traditional foam roller, but found certain spots difficult to get to. To work up the spine I relied on a peanut made from taping two lacrosse balls together. The narrowness and density of that peanut was less than ideal. The stealth align roller fixed that problem. It allows me to roll out my spine and see tremendous gains in loosening muscles in that area. It would be wonderful for that alone. But it also provides the ability to get to muscles in the legs and upper body. This really is a one stop shop for foam rollers. The include poster offers helpful guidance on how to position yourself for ideal benefit for each muscle group. Highly recommend.

nice.
Not bad. I love how high it is - makes hamstring rolling easier, as well as more of a fuller back stretch. Rolling the IT bands is also very nice, the angle of the sides really hits the spot nicely. The middle of the roller is great for that hard to reach middle back area, and offers a good dig on the knots. My only complaint is that (for me personally), its overall too soft... I love the design and how well thought out it is for hitting important areas with lots of room to get creative. If this company ever makes an overall stiff/solid version with a VERY solid middle, it would be heaven for me. Will keep an eye on this company.
