Defective item
Product was most likely defective. It broke easily with mild use. I contacted the seller requesting for a replacement but there was no response.

Good product.
Arrived promptly. Good price and feels better quality than the price suggests. Good that they include both 3.5mm jack for mobile phones and desk phone connectors. You do though have a slightly bulky connector half way along the lead. It would be nice if there was more cable before that point. Sound quality is very good but prone to a very slight buzz between calls but it is so slight it's not a nuisance. Overall a good product that I heartily recommend.
