Not for a small to medium woman
While the item is as listed it is unfortunate that a woman small to medium sized can't wear it without it sliding around unless she tightens it so much that it cuts off circulation

If your a jogger walker gum person bicycle person
Works great fits a snug on her galaxy s21 witha case on it too andd holds extra things on it too she loves it stays to here arm and hugs it well

Not worth it.
Kept slipping down my arm, even when tight. Touch screen only sometimes worked through plastic. Would not buy again.
