Good toilet reading
This brightened up about 4 sessions on the toilet so pretty good value, it was that or read the shampoo bottle I bought earlier. Seriously though Kevin Smith is a genius, not found anything I dont like. Buy it all!

Essential for Kevin Smith freaks!
With this comic, you accompany Jay and Silent Bob on their journey from Mallrats to Dogma via the cafe scene in Chasing Amy. Reading the book, you find yourself smiling at finding out useless information, like where Jay and Silent Bob got their threads for Dogma, what the deal was with Susanne from the Mallrats credits, and how Jay and Silent Bob came to meet Beth outside the abortion clinic. At this point, note that if you have not seen any of Kevin Smiths' landmark releases. "Mallrats" "Chasing Amy" or "Dogma" then my review will leave you highly confused - watch the films before getting thic comic. If you don't, while you might enjoy it, you will not reap the full benefits of Smiths' skill. I also highly recommend the "Clerks" comic books.

A Must Own For Lovers Of Kevin Smiths Work
Chasing dogma begins with the twosome of Jay and Silent Bob laying low in downtown New Jersey, a few months after the film "Mallrats" took place, the book follows them on a merry journey through the antics of "Chasing Amy" (the third film in Smiths 'New Jersey Trilogy') through to the parking lot that sees them into the film "Dogma".This book is excellently drawn, and the storyline (written by Kevin Smith) features all the aspects you'd expect from Jay and silent Bob; drugs, porn, refugee monkeys, the works.This book isn't suitable for those that are easily offended by drugs, sex and bad language, but i would certainly recommend this book to those that are fans of Jay and silent Bob, especially if they've seen the films, although even without that background, it's still a great read.

Snootchi Bootchi Nootchies.
If you have seen any of the Kevin Smith films then you all ready know of Jay and Silent Bob. Two stoner losers trapped by their own stupidity at the front of a quickie mart.If you haven't seen a Kevin Smith film then go watch Clerks. It's a cult classic, it will also let you know if you will enjoy this graphic novel or not because you see there really isn't that much middle ground with these two. You either love or really really hate them.Kevin Smith keeps the story zipping along at quite a pace and the art work is spot on. Adding to the humour rather than just explaining it.Most of this book made it into the 'Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back' movie so it is a good refernce to the film if you have seen it.This title is for anyone who enjoys stupid, dumb crude humour ,and lets face it thats the best kind. Now please excuse me while I go roll some Doobie Snacks BUNG!

Between Chasing Amy and Dogma
This book collects Kevin Smith's 4-issued comic-book series "Jay & Silent Bob", which takes place in the meantime between his films "Chasing Amy" and "Dogma". If you liked the movies you'll like the book, and I you haven't watched them yet: 1) You won't understand the book at all & 2) you're missing a great time! After reading this book, its a great idea to also get the "Clerks: The Comic Books" one.

Great comic collection;
Just a little out of continuity with the movies.The book begins with JAY & SILENT BOB 2 years after MALLRATS, where now they are bored. They hang out at TRISH THE DISHE'S PLACE (No, she's a girl, not a dish) who's from MALLRATS. They get a call from HOLDEN from CHASING AMY who owes them money (The issue goes up to that point, then ight after it. It's the diner scene from AMY) and they decide to go to SHERMER ILL from the '80's John Hughes movies, like Breakfast club, because Judd Nelson's the only one dealing.AM
