But the nut of the mounting foot requires an adjustable wrench 🔧 , and the mounting foot must be tightened.

A: Good day! our products are equipped with retractable hoses, which are enough to clean every corner of your sink.

**Q: how do you get a replacement ac power adaptor?**
A: Amazon was out of the adapter.  I emailed GIMILI customer support.  They gave me a choice of either buying it from them or providing proof that I gave them a good review.  I gave them a good review.  I am very pleased with the faucet and its ease of use.  The touchless faucet is easier to use than the touch faucet we had before.  The adapter is great no batteries.  However, I still have the battery set up as a backup in the event of a power outage.  I would highly recommend this product!

My wife wanted one of the more commercial kitchen style faucets, but I wanted the touches functionally. This item is very high quality and looks like everything my wife the. It was installed within 5 minutes and is super easy to use. A year later and the water pressure is yet and worth every penny. The only issue we have is it no longer reverts back to a steam from spray after being turned off. I think it's the hard water though and not an issue with the faucet. I also wish it came with a plug instead of a battery pack
