These batteries fit well and work well.

Of the four batteries that I ordered 3 were OK but one would not take the charge. Because of that I sent the two pack back (one that was OK and the bad one) . I had to do that because the order was for 2 pack. I wanted to keep the third one that was OK but wanted to ship it back with the bad one as that is how my order was shipped as a two pack.I returned it on the next day your shipper and in about 4 hours I received an email saying that it had been shipped for return and at new two pack was on the way. I received that on this Thursday. Just wanted to change my rating to the 5 stars and say what a great job you did.

The price is good and these batteries charged and work as expected. Can't really ask for anything better. The only unknown is how they long they will last before needing to be replaced. Will buy more!

Great replacement battery for my Icom t7h. The pack charges great in the Icom fast charger. I have. I also have an Icom w32a which uses the same battery.These work much better than the original battery packs, as they were only 600 mah, and original to the radio.I will be purchasing more, as the price is the best I have found after searching several battery sites.

Purchased 2 BP-173 batteries (7.2V/1100mAh) in Sept 2023 but one battery will not fully recharge after about 4 charge/discharge cycles. The bad battery only charges up to 5.5V using the Icom wall charger Nov 2023. This is beyond the Amazon return window.The good battery charges up to 7.5 to 8.0V after recharging and supplies adequate power to an Icom IC-T7H.Hopefully the supplier will read this review and provide a replacement battery.Update 12/18/2023: Still no comment from supplier on how to get a replacement battery. No information on how to contact the supplier directly.The box the batteries came in says under Quality Assurance No.4: "The company provides customers with a 12-month effective use committment. If it is not a human fault, it can be reparied or replaced in time."Still waiting for an answer from the supplier.

I got two of these. Although they function ok, the actual capacity of each one measured to be 497 mAh, not even close to the advertised 1100 mAh. The unit only weighs 108 grams, which isn't enough material to provide the advertised capacity.

I have 2 ICOM IC-W32A radios from 2000. I needed new batteries for both and these have restored my radios to fully operational status. I have enough power to hit repeaters and get great reports.Highly recommend these for W32A users.

Works as advertised.

Elxjar's BP-173 and Icom's BP-173 are exactly same size. My IC-T7H is happy now.
