Great taste at great convenience!
It’s actually as simple as just adding water ! The premix easily turns into a smooth batter that makes great pancakes. The flavour is rather mild, and the sugar levels are minimal as should be, making it a perfect companion with maple syrup or even Hershey’s chocolate and strawberry syrups. Here’s the best part : you need to have minimal cooking skills to get this right ! Speaking out of first hand experience, because I suck in the kitchen, yet I could serve these to the entire family! Enjoyed my moment of fluffing my collar up with pride ! Haha! One pack of 500 gms. easily makes around 20 small/medium or around 12-15 large pan cakes: breakfast for the whole family and more. Value for money, I’d say for sure! Finally, the all important health perspective: it needs minimal oil, just a brushing of it to help with the clinging or sticking to the pan. Of course nonstick cookware is recommended. Like I said, I’m a rudimentary cook, so nonstick for me for sure ! I even tried them in a pan with deep, round moulds and they came out great ! Photo for your reference.Great taste at great convenience !

Product Review & How to Make PanCake
I reviewed this on Betty Crocker 1 kg pack and seems like to be helping some guys. As its the same item, I am copying the review here as well. Summary of all detail review is " Its worth a try".Betty Cocker Pankcake Mix Review:1. There is no sugary sweetness2. No fake fluffiness which means baking powder content is low3. Instant ready within 2 minutes4. A healthier breakfast option which can be served to anyone5. Packaging & product quality looks upto the mark6. Never found lumps or any issue with the mix.7. No need to mix anything except water in the readymix8. Despite all quality and class, I still feel its slightly overpriced for Indian market. How to Make PanCakes for BeginnersIf you are curious about this dish and just wondering, how to make it and will you be able to make it then absolutely YES ! Dont worry, this breakfast is so easy to make that I can just write mix with water and pour on the pan. But I am writing the step by step procedure so you can get the perfect pancakes in very first try.1. Take some of the pancake mix and add cold water to form a thin batter2. Stir using a spoon or a fork thoroughly, make sure no lumps remains.3. You can also use thick batter but for the beginning keep the batter thin, it will spread more than needed but you will get the idea.4. Heat the pan on medium or slow flames, I recommend using a pan which is sloped in the middle unlike the dosa pan or you will just make a scrambled something which can never be called a cake.5. Apply some veg oil to the surface or just drop small piece of butter, once the pan is heated. Avoid too much oil.6. Pour small quantity of mix using a Ladle Spoon or a small bowl.7. Remember to pour all the mix concentrating at the same point only which is the centre of the pan.8. Wait till you small bubble bursting out on the surface of the cake all over and the edges start to become red.9. Turn upside down and cook for a minute on low flame until it turns golden brown.10. Observe the first pancake closely, if the first doesn't come out perfectly try second one, third one, adjust water , experiment and you will be a champ before the batter finishes in your bowl. There is nothing wrong in trying simple American dishes, especially this one has no reason for disliking. It taste best with the Maple syrup but its expensive and not available in small pack here, so why not try it plain/with honey or butter first to experiment and then order big pack and maple syrup/ pancake syrup. My 18 months old son loves them, but remember if you keep forcing kids to eat it on daily basis, they would start hating it in few days.Discount Tips👉🏼 This product has been a part of Super Value Sale in last 2 years.

Makes pancakes that are soooo goood!
I love this pancake mix. It's sweet, but not too sweet. It's eggless (for all you egg-fearing vegetarians out there). It's fluffy AF.It's ridiculously easy to make. You don't even have to measure the water if you have an idea of how runny/thick pancake batter is supposed to be.My kitchen is normally a mess when I make pancakes - egg shells, flour, four different bowls littering everything. This way, I get to do breakfast with the family with very little mess.Pro-tip: Drizzle a bit (or a lot) of honey on top and enjoy that amazing breakfast!

Excellent mix!
Very easy to make once you get the hang of the ratio of liquid:mix. Tastes best when made with milk. Tastes bland and is flatter when made with water. Make a thick but flowing batter for soft, fluffy pancakes. Use a nonstick frying pan and nonstick broad spatula to make a clean flip. Takes only 20 seconds to cook a pancake, no oil or butter needed. Cook on medium heat to avoid over-browning. Best pancake mix by far!

The best pancake mix out there
The best pan cake mix out there. There is nothing better than this.Have been using this for a couple of years now. At first it was very difficult to find a good pan cake mix, but then we found this. This is nearly perfect and the pan cakes are as good as you would get somewhere outside.Hope they come out with some flavours as well. Would be great then.

Simple and convenient
Very simple to make, even children can prepare pancakes with it. Has a slight sweet taste--which some of us in India may not like, as we are used to spicy chutney/sauce kinds of breakfast. For others, you can go for it blindly! I got it at an unbelievable price of Rs 75! It's no longer available at that price i think, but even at regular price, it is worth buying. I had with chocolate syrup, country sugar, sweet tomato sauce. Haven't tried honey yet. My 9-year old nephew liked it too.

Go for it..
This pancake mix is a saviour. I liked the way I get soft pancakes out of it. It's very easy to use. You just need to add water as per given instructions and can use the batter for pancakes or waffles. It doesn't have much sugar. I have to add more sugar especially for my kid. If you have a sweet tooth then I recommend adding sugar while making the batter.I liked the mild flavour but for kids I added vanilla essence or banana. Overall it does saves a lot of effort for breakfast or evening snacks.
