I wanted something that's manageable in terms if weight, i bought the 6.5 kg version. Lifting a dumbell that's 7.5 kg is not the same as swinging this hammer thats 6.5. The whole physics behind is different. If done carelessly, you can injure your shoulder. Buy a lighter weight (3kg or 4 kg) first. Work your strength and then buy a 6.5 kg. Nevertheless, this product is built well.
