Pros: I have purchased this seven times. I love how tiny it is, but also like how much it has to offer. This is ideal for people who have a hard time taking pills of any kind. Perfect to even offer children to swallow one of these tiny vitamins.Also if the vitamin E says d-alpha. The plain “d” means it’s natural. But if it has “dl-alpha. The “L” with the “d” means synthetic. This supplement is all natural.Cons: It’s so easy to drop & lose…lol

Okay, first let me start by saying I CANNOT swallow pills. Cannot, psychologically I mean. Physically I'm sure I could, I have the basic mechanics for it, but my brain WILL NOT allow me to. I choke, I panic, I sweat, and I end up deciding that life isnt so bad with an X, Y, Z deficiency.So, in desperate need of a heavy duty multi-vitamin, I set out looking for something comprehensive (alllll the vitamins) and third party tested (safe). When I say finding this product was the answer to my prayers, I cannot begin to explain....This product contains all of the vitamins typically included in a multivitamin + vit D and B complex. AND its a mighty because nearly every vitamin is present at well over the recommended daily values. So if you are really deficient and not getting proper nutrition through your diet this is such a great product. This particular one does not include iron but I know the company does offer some with iron if you're needing it. The pills are TINY. Like, half the size of a tic tac tiny. Like, be careful you dont inhale it tiny lol.The first two days of taking this I noticed an immediate change in how I felt, which tells me I really needed the nutrients because I've taken multi-vitamins in the past (usually gummy form) and never really felt anything, definitely no improvement, so I was beginning to think vitamins were a hoax created by the supplement industry. But holy moly, mighty mini vite. No kidding. I wasn't fatigued anymore, my skin cleared up, I was sleeping better. Like what the heck... no clue what I was deficient in to begin with, but I will continue taking these in the future. I have also convinced my mom and two brothers to begin taking them as well and my mom swears that she feels more energetic herself.

Love the size, easy to swallow and I have had positive results.

These smell and taste bad, but are smell enough for my son to take/swallow with no problem.

Small size makes these vitamins easy to swallow. Dosage is two per day, so I take one morning and night. Highly recommend for people like myself who have trouble swallowing pills.

I love these ! I have always had a hard time swallowing bigger vitamin pills so these really help me get my vitamins in. I appreciate that I only have to take 2 whereas some other brands I noticed have you take more and even up to 6 tablets a day! So I love these!

I bought these because they looked easy to swallow. Unfortunately, they smell repulsive. They are so small and yet smell soooo disgusting. I’ve never had a vitamin that smells this bad. If you’ve ever smelled liquid iron supplements, this is worse. Every time I open the bottle to check if the smell has reduced, I’m violently attacked by the stench. The closest comparison I can think of is honestly “layers of dried up urine in a gas station bathroom”. If you live with a male that misses the toilet a lot, then you know this smell. I can’t say if they work, because my face is assaulted every time they come near me.
