Cook Nordic Stainless Steel Measuring Cups, Spoons and 2 Silicone Spatulas (Set of 13)

I was excited to get this set of measuring utensils, as I currently use plastic. The spoons are made of almost a titanium metal. They are heavy and very nice; shiny. The cups are light weight and made of a cheaper metal. I guess that's okay if you are filling them up with more content. However, it almost seems as if they are made by completely different manufacturers and and sold as a duo. This is misleading. The rings that hold the measuring tools together is small and looks like it may break after a few uses. This should be changed to a bigger ring if you want to keep the items together. I like that it came with 2 extra spatulas, both green and white; which matches my fridge storage. Other than that, it's okay. I haven't used it yet but I plan to.

I purchased the set and was very pleased at the quality. The measuring spoons are a good weight and molded from one piece of stainless. The measuring cups are lighter in weight and the handles are welded on but still good quality. My only suggestion for improvement is a more user friendly and reusable way of keeping them together. They came bound together by a spiral metal ring (like a key ring). Most users will want to disconnect them for use, as I did. The metal ring on the spoons was very hared to open. A small chain or cord would be preferable. All in all a good purchase and price..

This is a really good product. I like the sleeker design of this measuring cups/spoons set. I looked at a lot of different designs before I settled on this one. The cups and spoons come in a wider range of sized than many typical sets do, as well. Very nice! Love it!

The cups are lightweight and not worth the price. The measuring spoons are perfect in size, durability and price. The last set you will ever need.

Stainless steel measuring cups and spoons. the sizes are stamped into the metal, so there's no painted markings to wear off, the way it happens with many plastic measuring sets and dont need to worry about the paint getting into the things I am measuring. The cups are of solid design, they stand on their own and won't tip over. They have a compact stem that helps them fit in the measuring cup drawer just fine. I checked the measurements by using a digital scale and they are right on. I baked a lot, and baked like an engineer. I am one, actually. So getting the right measurement is crucial for me. The handles are the perfect size to scooping flour out.** I received this with a discount to provide my honest review.

This set by Cook Nordic is fantastic! I can honestly say I have several sets in my kitchen drawer of miscellaneous measuring spoons and cups that have the numbers all worn off. I have to fiddle each and ever time to find one that is labeled or that I know the size and it drives me crazy. This measuring cups and spoons are stainless steel with engraved numbers, the numbers can not wear off, so I wont have to worry about the not being able to read the numbers or taking a guess. Another great thing about this set is you can use the measuring cups for not only dry ingredients but liquids as well. They are non toxic and dishwasher safe making cleanup easy.In the 13 piece set I received included 2 free silicone spatulas. The tops were off the handles so you just have to pop them together, no big deal. They are heat resistant and come in a limey green color and clear handles. Next there is the 5 measuring cups which includes (' cup, ¼ cup, 'c up, ½ cup, 1 cup) and lastly the 6 measuring spoons which include (' tsp, ¼ tsp, ½ tsp, ¾ tsp, 1 tsp, 1 Tbsp).I really love this set. the stainless steel along with the engraved measurements makes this the best set I have ever used.
