Best bath fittings with amazing quality and price
The mixer is sturdy with excellent quality cartridges. The click mechanism while using makes the operation smooth and increase the life of fitting. The hand shower and over head shower are added advantage to this package. We will get everything inside the package we need just teflon tape to fix it. It's a complete package with all the attachments for best value for money.

Zap taps and mixtures are extremely low quality product
The media could not be loaded. the mixture started malfunctioning in a few days from installation and the Zap company refused to repair or take responsibly that they supplied a underperforming mixture through amazon . I feel cheated. I cannot use the mixture not the tap as both are running simultaneously hampering smooth flow through one at a time. It's disgusting that the company is not bothered to look into it although i bought it just a few weeks back and sent complaint immediately

Value for money
I am writing this review after used for 10 months. Tap middle rod which directs water to head shower broken in 9 months. I contacted customer care and customer care guy is very helpful. I got replacement after one month of follow-up. Tap flow is also very less and is not foamy like other branded taps. Water is not coming properly from head shower, but flow is adequate to hand shower.I recommend not to go for local brands like these just seeing low price. I had to spend Rs.1500 for installation, un installation and for buying temporary taps as this tap got damaged.

Please do not buy.
Although the number of accessories are high, product quality is not up to the mark.Shower head developed leakage on top which was fixed using m-seal.Now everytime hand shower is switched on, there is 60% leakage in water mixer tap.All these issues in 2 weeks. Please do not buy looking at price and accessories.

Cheap quality
Shower head starts leaking in few days, hand shower pipe starts leaking which completely destroys usuage of shower.Value for money : 2 starQuality : 1 starIt's better to go with Kohler may be expensive but it works.

Product is worth the value and premium quality.
Product is worth the value. You get lost of accessories with premium quality. Mixer is heavy and smooth with great look. Hand shower is also stylish and delivery was also on time and properly packed.
