I didn't even unbox it for three years and when I did I got a blank screen with no way to coment back to the seller... BAD news!

This is a great timer, I use it for a lot of different applications in my saltwater aquarium. Sometimes I want to turn off my tank filter for 30 minutes so my corals can feed on the powdered food I give them, and don't want the food to be sucked into the filter. For that I push 3 buttons on this timer, and 30 minutes later my filter turns back on, and I don't have to remember to go back to my tank and turn the filter on.When the water evaporates throughout the day I want to pump some water to the tank to maintain salinity. This timer allows me to pump water up to it every hour for just a period of 10 seconds, so the pump isn't on unnecessarily for a whole minute (which is the shortest interval other times have). To make sure I don't pump too much water, I have a float valve in my sump. Topping off the water every hour minimizes fluctuations in salt concentration.The timer set up is not intuitive, so you have to keep the manual handy, which has pretty clear instructions.

What a great timer! The possibilities are endless!! I am using the timer for a nebulizing (scent) diffuser. The diffuser came with some timers built in but the intervals were not long enough which made the scent way to strong for my apartment. I looked online for a timer that could turn my diffuser on a few times an hour. THIS THING WORKS PERFECTLY!!!I use the countdown method which I set a "run time" for my diffuser of 12 seconds. Then I set the "off time" for 60 mins. The "off time" was too long so I gradually changed it till I found the sweet spot (12 minutes) where the scent doesn't really ever fade away totally and its not overbearing. Because the programming was so easy this took seconds each time I made a change.Another feature it has that was critical to me but I didnt think about before buying:-The unit comes with a rechargeable battery, it will continue to do its timing functions and not loose its memory if power goes out. Or like myself I have a smart switch that turns the diffuser off when I am not home and when I get home it will start right back up. The battery supposedly will last a month without power.

I bought this to operate a pump intermittently to prevent flooding in my dad's basement. Prior to this he was having to stay up all night to operate the pump manually once every 10-15 minutes. This works quite well and has a variety of configurations available.The one feature I would like to see is the ability to set timers to the second instead of just by the minute. For instance, I'd like to run the pump for 30 seconds every 10 minutes, but because there is no was to specify seconds we had to settle for running it for 1 minute every 15 minutes. It still works for what we need, but the pump is running dry the second half of that minute which isn't good for it, so I think having more fine control would be beneficial.

I needed a timer that would turn on at 6:45PM, 9:45PM, 11:45PM, every day for 3 seconds. I built a system that closes my garage door if left open (Using limit switches to verify door position etc...). This timer almost did that for me but it never worked right. FIrst, I had to watch youtube videos to show me different ways to program this this. I had to go through 20 steps in a certain order and if I didn't go through all 20 steps exactly right, I had to start over. Why I threw this in the trash is that sometimes at 6:45 the timer turned on for 3 seconds and sometimes it ran the "off" program first. After a week of messing with this thing, I threw away and ordered Nearpow Multifunctional 7-Day Cycle Programmable Plug-in Digital Timer Switch for Appliances, Extra large LCD Display, 19 Programmable Settings, Seconds-Interval, 15A/1800W and it programs in the usual easy way. Set "On" time for 6:45:00 PM "Off" time for 6:45:03 PM. At 6:45:00 PM, my power came on and 3 seconds later it turned off. The Nearpow timer does let you program in seconds not just hours and minutes. I recommend you look elsewhere and do not buy this timer unless you like aggravation and swearing. It does function well for an endless loop say on/off to blink CHristmas lights or something but anything else was a no-go.

It was a little tricky to set up but fairly logical once you get the hang of it. I have it set to turn on a mister for plant cuttings for 10 minutes, then off for 30 minutes, in an infinite loop. I like how it stays powered even when you unplug the timer from the wall so you don't lose your settings.

I'm using this on a water distiller to shut it down using a countdown timer (a feature that is hard to find!). This replaces a different unit made by someone else which was very poor quality and expensive! This unit is working great so far, with just a few days of use. I like that it does not get super hot like my old one, even though I'm running 600w+ for 6hrs through it. The controls are much easier to use than my other unit as well, very simple and easy to use was you read the instructions. It also cost nearly half as much as my other unit. I'm very happy with this product as long as it keeps working.

Simple to set up, clear instructions, and no guessing. I used this as a timer for a motor that I wanted to trigger for 18 seconds every 15 minutes indefinitely. It works perfectly. LCD display shows both how much time is remaining in the current cycle (on or off) and the current time. Simple and perfectly happy. Took less than a minute to set up. Instructions are very clear.

I bought this timer to control ventilation and it worked well until I tried to change the settings and it then had a mind of its own and I could no longer use the timer. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement that works properly.. There are malfunctions in everything made but this company immediately responded and sent me a replacement. Lets just hope this one doesn't fail, if it does I'll contact them again, they seem to back up their products very well.

Headline says it all. I have it set up to run a circulating pump on household hot water line. Took some time to get it programmed but once done it worked as expected and was very accurate. Turned on every morning at 6AM and ran intermittently (2 minutes 4 minutes off) until 10 PM. January 2022 I noticed pump was running non-stop. Reset, re-programmed timer. Worked for few days now back to square one.

I use these timers in many locations throughout my home especially for things that I only want to run for a smaller duration of time like a heating pad or lights in specific rooms. I can set it to run for a specific amount of time and the countdown timer will shut it off. Super convenient. I would highly recommend anybody that would like more control of their electrical components.

This is the best timer hands down. It has a built in loop/cycle timer that is not limited by pre set times. The cheapest cycle timer is around $200. but that's not it, the ability to set a feed pump time down to the second, not minute like every other timer. Plus more. It was easy to figure out compared to other timers, and the seller impressed me with their customer service. Highly recommended

Love this digital timer! So easy to program & use right away, due to the easy to follow directions. I actually returned another timer last week because I couldn't figure it out. I have mine set in a continuous loop to turn a sprayer on for 1 minute, then off for 4 minutes. It's working like a charm, 2 thumbs up!
