One cup is broken when I receive my order today.
The media could not be loaded. Product is good but when I receive the package it is broken one cup, this product is my favourite. How can I get another one of exchange it?

This is NOT 210 ml mug as the description says. Otherwise it's ok, in fact looks rather cheap.

Delivered with one broken and another with scratches
The cup sizes are good but the out of 6 cups one is broken and another with a scratch in the top.Would not recoomend to buy online ceramic things as they are not packed well.
