SG_TOG-GM31348_US Peterbilt 379 With Dry Van - All-White Toy Truck

My six-year old loves this truck. It has working doors on the cab as well as on the back of the trailer. Tractor and trailer can be separated to pair with other trucks. It comes in a cool Peterbilt box that is covered with pictures of semi-trucks. The recommended age on the box is eight. It's pretty light-weight and not made to be played with roughly. My son dropped it, and the hood ornament broke off but was easily glued back on. Also, the hood does not open up to expose the engine. Overall, it's a winner.

Great toy truck to use as a model for art.

This thing was awful. Right out of the box the back door fell off and could not be put back on because a bracket was broke. Very cheap plastic. The trailer didn't hook onto the truck so you can't drive the truck and have it pull the trailer. I was afraid I was going to break for of the pieces just by inspecting it. I didn't even let my 5 year old touch it because I was afraid it would break with even the smallest pressure put on it. It may work for a display piece (although it still looks cheap and plain) but don't ever buy this for a toy. It wouldn't last a minute even with the most gentle play.
