I just got my third package of this! Started using it for calisthenics a few years ago and have since switched to powerlifting, but this chalk is still awesome!Pros -1 ) Love the bottle design ( comes with hook)2) The main benefit is that it spreads and coats evenly onto your fingers and hands, which means it lasts longer and you don't have to use nearly as much to get that crisp, dry, chalky feeling.3) Liquid chalk works hand sanitizer4 ) No dirty floors ( gym)Cons-1) Little expensive ( last for 2 months only ) one drop dailyOverall if you want to inc your weightlifting limits or do some cool moves on calisthenics ..you must get your bottle.

It really helped me for strong grip while lifting.I was struggling doing my pull-ups coz of sweaty slippery hands..but after using this liquid mess free chock it felt so easy to do that..Must try product guys ..

Lovely product. Does what it says. Really absorbs all the moisture from the palm. Stays almost 30-40 mins on the hand
