It fits on my leg well and doesn’t slide down as I walk around my workplace. The color is an accurate match to my hose. Overall, I must say that it is a good deal.

These flashes are close enough to a very old Kilt tartan and hold up my hose just fine.

They look good and will certainly be functional, but the cut-ends are not prepared against fraying in anyway, and I use these for performances. Since these will be getting plenty of wear, I'm going to have to pay a tailor, or someone in-the-know, to secure the cut-ends of the fabric.

These green tartan flashes were purchased by a kilt newbie for use with kilt and hose ensemble and appear to do the job.Pros:Reasonably well constructed for a reasonable price of a few bucks.Colors are tasteful.Elastic velcro bands make easy to put on under the fold of the kilt sock upper.Easily adjusted/positioned.Cons:None as of yet.Would buy these or alternative colors from the vendor again. Happy with the purchase in all regards.
