Modenaceti Soy Glaze, 6.76 ounce

I bought this glaze to replicate a General Tso's chicken recipe. The glaze was high quality and tasted great!

Love this stuff. The flavor of soy with a bit of sweetness without all of the sodium. Great product.

The quality of this product and its ingredients are great; however, it just doesn’t taste enough like the soy glaze I’m used to getting growing up. I can’t get over the balsamic vinaigrette taste. Before buying it, for some reason i thought the soy sauce part would mask the balsamic vinaigrette flavor, but i was wrong. After trying it, i just don’t like the combination. I like each of these two sauces on their own, but i think they taste weird together.

Delicious drizzle on fish, chicken or steak. I prefer this to the pure balsamic vinegar reduction drizzles – – it has more personality.

This is really good stuff and highly versatile. I was first turned on by it through Blue Apron and I’m thankful for that. I figured it’d be loaded with carbs but it’s actually not. A little goes a long way! See photo for nutrition facts. I use it to add tons of flavor to my Keto diet.

The soy glaze I found in the grocery store was thinner and didn't work the way I needed it to for the recipe I wanted to make. I got this and was able to duplicate the recipe I wanted perfectly. It's great!
