El Karawan Techina 500 Gram. Best Tahini in the Middle East! Stone Ground

I am very pleased with this Tahini. It appears to be relatively fresh, whole, raw and natural. Usually I am concerned about sesame seeds roasted prior to pressing out the oil/tahini out. And, leaving all the oils in, essentially providing all the nutrients intact. I think this product does that. So, I am pleased with it. Thank you.

El Karawan is hands down the most delicious tahini I've ever tasted. Did my own taste test with Al Wadi Tahina (which is also of much higher quality than most U.S. brands), and El Karawan Tahina was so much better (creamier, less bitter) that it almost seemed like a different product altogether. If more people bought this brand perhaps the cost would go down. According to the jar, it is made in the Palestinian Authority and contains no preservatives, no added colors, and only sesame seeds.

quality and taste are 5 stars no doubt, BUT price is too high - i thought it'll be a larger pack this size is only sufficient for 2-4 tahini making times.

At first I wasn't super sold. This tahini is a little runnier and has some lemony flavor...BUTTT I mix this with ground beef and just eat straight up it is SOOO good and barely has any carbs...taste much better what I get at the store
