Scottish Art: Second Edition: 0 (World of Art)

Delightful and rich selection through history of the origins and trends that culminate in the great Scottish artistic schools of today. I am touring some of the most famous art galleries of Scotland in the coming month and am thankful for the excellent preparation. I most enjoyed the photographs of individual paintings and sculpture and the discussions of these works as exemplary of movements and schools where individuals were central. The Glasgow School, Aberdeen and Edinburgh and their relationship to Paris school and Italy was intriguing. Extraordinary artists and works.
