Klaire Labs - Ther-Biotic Complete 60 capsules

It was not shipped in a cold pack. Not sure if this impacts its efficacy.

This is a probiotic which needs to be cold or else the live bacteria will all die. So it should be delivered on ice. However it was not and it was 100 degrees the day it was delivered so I paid 36 dollars for something that is now useless

When the product arrived, the ice bags weren't just melted, they were hot. The bottles felt like they had sat in the window of the delivery truck all day. I'm sure the probiotics are "dead." I can purchase these in town and will start doing my so again.

I have been ordering this product over the past year & it always arrives promptly, making it easy to avoid having an "uh-oh" moment when I forgot to order until I am almost out! Much appreciated.

Product was not shipped in a cold pack, although the bottle instructions say "Keep Refrigerated." Who knows if they are still effective? Especially frustrating since these are quite expensive probiotics.
