Monocure 3D Rapid FLEX100 3D Resin for Low Power UV 3D Printers 1L Clear

No platform adhesion! Been trying all different settings and different mix percentages with regular resin and ABS like resin. Different models with different vats on both my Elegoo Mars pro and Photon S. Down to my 20th try and still I can’t get this stuff to stay on platform

This resin prints as advertised but beware that the smell is terrible. I ran 2 prints in my basement with adequate ventilation and could smell the resin on the second story of my home. It permeates everything, I could smell the resin fumes on my clothes the next day. If you are a hobbyist running your printer at home you should consider an alternative with low odor.

Helps add flex to standard brittle UV resins. An 80/20 or 75/25 mixture (regular/flex) keeps rigidity while maintaining drop-safe miniatures for tabletop gaming). Totally recommend.

LOVE this stuff! It WORKS! Straight up makes parts that are IMO Too flexible. Blend with a little bit of rigid resin to get desired Durometer. THIS is how resin SHOULD BE! THANK YOU MONOCURE!

I hear this is a great product. I returned mine because the label didn’t match what was in Amazon’s picture. It turns out, Monocure has moved the “Rapid” label. A lot of hassle for nothing. The “Rapid” label is now a clock symbol in the bottom right.

This Stuff has a strong smell so make sure to use an activated carbon filter pretty cheap.But it is awesome makes the best stamps ever! It is the best rubber material for 3d printing for SLA printers on the market in my opinion.

Vorerst vier Sterne:Das Harz ist sehr dünnflüssig, ich habe bisher mit 100% von diesem Harz gedruckt und noch kein vollständiges Ergebnis raus bekommen, werde also noch mit den Parametern rum spielen. Außerdem werde ich es mal mischen (mit Anycubic Resin) und schauen ob das klappt.Die Missratenen Reste waren allerdings wirklich schön klar, kein Gelbstich.Aktuelle Parameter:Bottom Layers (5) 80 sCuring Time 8 sLift height 10 mm (!)Vermutlich braucht man mehr curing Time...Das Harz stinkt übrigens fürchterlich, das von Anycubic ist ein Witz dagegen.Update: Tatsächlich bringt Mischen was. Das Harz lässt sich super mit dem von Anycubic mischen, ohne dass es zu einer Reaktion kommt. Habe zuerst ein mal 10% Flex zum normalen Harz gegeben. Dabei erhält man ein Ergebnis mit hoher Festigkeit, die Bruchgrenze wird deutlich erhöht, da der Werkstoff nicht mehr spröde, sondern ein wenig duktil wird. Ähnlich verhält sich eine Mischung mit 20% Flex, das Ergebnis ist sehr zäh, lässt sich aber schon deutlich verformen, ohne dass eine permanente Veränderung auftritt. Ab 30% kontrolliert man über die Mischung tatsächlich nur noch die Farbe und Zähigkeit des Materials. You might think this flexible (Rapid Flex 100) resin in great for printing flexible parts, which it is... But there is another great use for it.Some resin 3D prints can suffer from being brittle, but adding 10% of this resin to your resin you want to make a solid non flexible item from, will actually make the solid item stronger and resist breakage, without making the item flexible (it just adds enough flexibility to keep the model solid and rigid, but flexible enough to not shatter) think of usual resin being like glass (easily breaks) and adding 10% of this resin to your normal resin turns that glass into aluminium, still rigid like glass, but now stronger because it can flex slightly.You can add it to any colour without it effecting it too, as this resin (or my one at least) is clear.Anyway, happy printing!

I mixed it with some elegoo grey for my Photons to make my minis less brittle. Works really well. Fairly strong smell so if you're sensitive to the smell take that into consideration

Used it in a roughly 10 to 1 mix of elegoo blue resin, I mainly print miniatures and wanted to make them a bit more durable and flexible. Works an absolute treat. The models I have printed with the mix are no longer brittle. Be prepared though, I found the smell of this resin significantly stronger than the elegoo and anycubic resins I have used. However if your printer is in a well ventilated area it's not too bad.

Teilweise kann ich die schlechten Rezensionen ja verstehen.Wenn man sich dieses FlexHarz kauft, dann erwartet man damit auch (standalone) drucken zu können.Das war auch mir nicht möglich (deshalb der Stern Abzug). Wenn das die Intention des Käufers gewesen ist, dann wären an dieser Stelle 0 Sterne angebracht.Meine Herangehensweise an dieses Produkt war aber eine andere:Ich wollte meine spröden Drucke haltbarer machen.Und hierfür ist es perfekt.Mischungsverhältnis 20:80 (20% flex, 80% normales 3D Harz) macht das Objekt nicht weich, sondern stabil75:25 hingegen macht schon fast einen Flummi daraus. So richtig "hartgummiartig".Irgendwo in diesem Bereich braucht man ja Funktionsteile meistens.90:10 Mischungen sind mir trotz erhöhter Belichtungszeiten noch nicht gelungen.Aber wie gesagt: wenn man es als Additiv nimmt, dann kann man die Materialeigenschaften sehr positiv beeinflussen.Was noch als negativ zu bewerten ist (mit dem Produkt als solches aber nichts zu tun hat und deshalb in die Bewertung auch nicht einfließt), ist die Verfügbarkeit:Es gibt momentan nur einen Händler, der nachdem ich bestellt habe, den Preis massiv nach oben korrigiert hat.Ein zweites mal werde ich es also unter diesen Voraussetzungen nicht bestellen, da ist es mittlerweile günstiger wenn ich es direkt beim australischen Hersteller beziehe. Trotz hoher Versandkosten und Einfuhrabgaben.Die Lieferzeit war auch länger als versprochen.
