Exactly as described, big heavy weights at 7.5kg they’re good for putting strain on the arms, they feel sturdy and unlikely to fall apart. Also because the middle section is quite chunky gripping them has given me a bit of thumb pain.

You get what you pay for, and for the price of these I'm happy and they'll serve their purpose. Good weight too them and will definitely do my arms in. Good for push ups too. Some people have mentioned it being tight with big hands, I wear L/XL gloves and my hands fit perfectly in the grooves, I've wrapped cam tape for extra comfort. I'd give 5/5 if they had a rubberised texture

The weights feel good and sturdy. However, I bought them for floor work, such as press-ups to lifts and find that the narrow grip stops good range of hand and wrist movement. I don’t have wide hands, medium in motorcycle gloves, so look elsewhere if you have wide hands!

They're great and not much I can say- but very strangely massive. Much bigger than I thought

The finish is not very good. It is bulky but usable.
