Writing this review two years later! I’ve had this on my window the entire time I’ve lived in my apartment, and I’ve never had any issues—I absolutely love it. Installing it wasn’t too hard, but you’ll need a little patience lol. The rainbow effect is really pretty, though I’m never up early enough to catch the direct sunlight.I mainly got this for aesthetics and a bit of privacy since my window faces the parking lot. Just keep in mind that it doesn’t provide full privacy—if it’s dark out and your lights are on, people can pretty much see inside. During the day it still adds a nice layer of visual obstruction, but if you’re standing there naked, well… someone could definitely tell lol.That said, it’s absolutely gorgeous, I get so many compliments on it, and it really elevates the whole room. It’s never peeled off or had any issues, and for the price, it’s totally worth it. As for heat reduction, I can’t really say since that wasn’t my reason for buying it, but overall, I have zero regrets!

Easy to use and apply. I would state lightly moisten only the glass as too much water will not allow product to hold onto glass. Once in and all smothed out, product looks great. Just enough to have some privacy but you can still see out when close up. Plenty of cling to do more than two windows.

We have a three-pane windowed door that has plexiglass on the bottom pane with a lot of dog claw marks; the middle pane is glass with two long cracks and the top one is an intact piece of glass. We don't want to replace the door right now, but it is ugly and gives no privacy. This film is amazing! It is much thicker and stronger than the brand that we've used in the past, so cutting it with the razor blade was a bit difficult, so we just measured, cut with scissors and then applied according to the directions. It adhered to all three windows very well! Then we decided to cover the panes in the front door just because we want the privacy, so ordered a second roll and we made templates using baking parchment paper (won't disintegrate) and then cut the film. For both doors, we used a really soapy dishsoap solution and a shower door squeegee with a short blade from Walmart plus a plastic light switch cover wrapped in a washcloth to get right in the corners (needed that sort of stiff plastic with a beveled edge for the pie shaped panes). The rainbow colors that come through both doors when it is sunny are amazing and you really can't see much at night from the outside.

This is so easy to install and when the light shines through it gives the prettiest rainbow effect. I get so many compliments on it!

You use you hair dryer or a heat gun to make it stick to window. I’ve put it on the outside of the window bc I forgot about tint I put on the inside. And it’s held through the weather. Rain snow and shine, hasn’t been to hot yet tho.

Easy to apply, great for privacy while allowing light into your space! Love the rainbows it throws around the room at sunset :)

The window film is cute and easy to install but starts to slowly peel off after a few months of having it up. You can’t see inside your place as long as you’re not standing super close to the windows and it makes pretty light fractures around the room when the sun shines in.
