pushed my squats way too hard and ended up with annoying knee pain, sharp under the kneecap and a dull ache down the sides. I started taking Vitabiotics two tablets a day. I kept lifting but used lighter weight and focused hard on perfect form. After a few weeks, the sharp pain totally cleared up, and then the side aches faded too.
