This is my 3rd pair of this exact brand and style of boot. They are light, comfortable and very durable. Last 3 years under extreme conditions. No break-in period, comfortable to wear to work right away.

My Thorogood American Heritage boots had seen better days and I opted to try this FD series boot. My previous steel toe boots gave me a month of break in pain then settled in with good fit and performance. NOW, I received this pair in two days and tried them on with a sore toe and the fit, quality, comfort and look was excellent and I didn't even feel the sore toe. COMFORT FROM DAY ONE. They are lighter, waterproof, slip resistant, insulated (8" only) and composite toe. If you want to get some work done and look good doing it, This is the Boot to Get !!!!

Boots a re good and comfortable. The leather seems to be a good quality, but the rubber soles are soft and just after a week the tread on the heels ripped from working on gravel. I think they would be great boots for working on dirt or concrete not rough terrain.

I purchased these boots for my fiancé as an early father’s day gift. Within one month they started wearing down. The material is awful. They do not protect the foot at all. He stands outside for a normal 7-3 shift and only used them for summer weather so far. He lays brick.He sustained a foot injury due to the terrible support these gave him. He tried many different inserts and nothing helped. We had to save a few months to be able to buy a different shoe. The return window closes in just 30 days from trying these pathetic boots. I ordered them due to the great reviews. I am so ashamed! They are terrible!!!!!!! I want my money back in full.

Boots are true to size, and look even nicer then advertised which is huge!!... definitely definitely recommend these especially for construction guys and industrial workers. They are beast looking and feel super comfortable and warm!.. also can be used for snowy weather or raining days but its mainly for people that are in the construction business. Price is alittle high but it is definitely worth the price now that I see it!!

2nd time purchasing this same boot. Usually get 2+ years from a pair which is impressive since I am on some tough jobsites. Fairly comfortable even at 10+ hours a day wearing then. Only way they could be better is to MAKE THEM IN THE US NOT CHINA.

These badboys are true to size.....nice and snug aroung the ankle, super light and breathable, i walk around in wet snow and water all day in the woods with a powersaw and my feet stay dry, warm and comfy all day....if you are looking for a pair of bad ass light weight awesome boots then these are it.
