This is truly a lovely little secret weapon. I gave this two different test drives in some pretty rough conditions - retail!First up I used it on all my nails for four days and at the end of that test I had pretty minimal tip wear. My normal polish wear runs about 36 hours before it chips (I use my hands a LOT). Next I tried it on two fingers and no base on the other two fingers. At the end, one nail without the base coat had actually broken and the other was in way worse shape than the ones where I had used Maxus. I also really enjoyed the formula, it's thin, spreads very nice and even,plus dried lickety split. I'm so highly impressed!

I am so glad i found this product! I have really paper thin nails that are constantly breaking, a result of many powder gel manicures.i was looking for something that can help get my nails in great shape again, and my friend recommended this product so i thought i would give it a shot.My order arrived really quickly, even before the estimated arrival date. The packaging is really pretty and great quality.I have been using the product for a short period of time but i can definitely see the difference. My nails have not been breaking and my nail polish lasts longer... even with constantly washing my hands , dishes , and giving my baby a bath everyday.I will purchase this product again and definitely recommend it. Worth every penny!!!

This is my second bottle for a reason. I like how easy it is to apply and the fact that it keeps my nails protected from the yellowing that can occur from nail polish. I even have my friends using this!

Easy too use and worked just fine

My nails are extremely thin and brittle. To the point that I avoid regular manicures, because it is a waste of money for me, since they chip almost immediately. Gel manicures do offer a solution for longevity, but they are terrible for my nails, so I end up in a worse place than I started! After hearing about Maxus from a couple of friends, and being intrigued by the non-toxicity of the ingredients, I decided to give them a try.First, the packaging is really fresh and pretty. I'm a sucker for great packaging! I ordered the base coat, a color, and top coat. Shipping was speedy. I received the package in just a few days. Took all three bottles to the salon for a regular manicure and crossed my fingers. I do have to say that I was a little surprised that the color bottle was smaller than the top coat and base coal bottles. I guess I expected them to all be the same size.My manicurist commented on the prettiness of the shade. But then she ALSO commented on the viscosity! She said it was not thick like she expected the dark color to be. It glided on, but was not translucent. We didn't need to compensate with more layers than usual. She was pleased to work with the product. Three days after manicure is when the color finally started to chip a little. I didn't change my routine, and washed hands often. I was please the color stayed! What I am more pleased with however, is the fact that my nails ALREADY feel stronger. Not paper thin and peeling like they usually are! I am even considering just using the base coat and top coat sometimes, without the color, just to keep my nails growing strong and healthy. And I love knowing that the ingredients Maxus uses are actually good for me. A+ Will continue using this product!

Just chips. Thick and easy dry though.

I am really hard on my hands because I'm always doing crafts and this basecoat is the best. I actually have nails doing crafts with hot glue, paint so I am always washing my hands. I also do a lot of baking so again I am washing my hands a lot, and I still have nails. I don't know what is in the coat, but it makes your nails grow and it's amazing and worth every red cent.

I have extremely brittle nails becuase I have been wearing acrylic nails for years. They are thin and brittle becuase of the damage. I have been frightened to wear polish on them naturally becuase of their condition. When i applied this trio of base, polish and top coat, that is not the case anymore. This polish is extrmemely easy to apply. The brush makes is easy and accurate in applying the polish. I was able to apply to my own nails and my 6 year old daughters nails and it looked like a professional manicure and pedicure. I was amazed at how it looked just like a gel manicure. The quality is amazing. It doesn't chip, stays shiny and my nails feel stronger than usual. I am super impressed with this nail line and will try other colors along with their nail strengthening products. A+!
